Refund policy

We like to keep our return policy straightforward. If you don't like your scent or product for any reason, we offer in-store credit or product exchanges for up to 30 days after delivery. If you would prefer a refund, we ask that it must be requested within 14 days after delivery. We will then ask you to send the product to us and refund the order minus the shipping charge.
